Extensive electrical installations carried out for Castle Cement over several years, many projects successfully completed, several include manufacture and provision of starter panels, control panels, and PLC interface panels for automation and centralised control of plant and equipment. Installations include source and supply of materials and equipment, with provision of the installation labour through to testing and commissioning. These projects range from control instrumentation systems, control rooms, to involvement with high voltage installation and refurbishment. Labour provided for scheduled maintenance work and PAT testing.
Preferred manufacturer and supplier of control panels and cable looms for carpet weaving and tufting machines which are manufactured for distribution around the world. Supply of labour for in-house fitting and on site installations at home or abroad. Panel builds including provision and repair of circuit boards and manufacture of computer control panels for control of carpet patterns and designs.
Warehouse packaging conveyor system. Electrical installation of new conveyor system which included provision of full electrical design engineering, CAD work, PLC programming, and associated work. The project included for design and manufacture of a Starter / PLC / Control panel, and source and provision of associated cabling and installation equipment.
Several projects completed at Voith Fabrics, including supply of control panels and equipment. Major refit of the reception area including specialist lighting, power and security systems.
